Happy 6th Birthday, Little Welsh Foodie! 🥳🥹 I honestly can’t believe it’s been 6 years since I started this little venture, that has become my whole life. Way back in 2020, I started baking more as a kind of therapy – a distraction from stress and a way to do something fulfilling with my free time. I just wanted to document it!

What has happened since is something I NEVER expected. I am forever grateful for the community we’ve created, the friends & bakers I’ve met, and the unforgettable experiences I’ve had.
