Harri Williams is the Executive Head Chef at the award winning Carden Park Hotel. Harri leads the culinary vision across the resort’s several dining locations, including the 3 AA Rosette restaurant, The Vines.

 

Harri began his career at 16 and quickly rose through the ranks. He gained international recognition as part of the Culinary Team for Wales, earning a gold medal at a young age. His career has taken him from rosette-level kitchens in the UK and even to the iconic Sydney Opera House.

 

Passionate about developing others, Harri is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of chefs and building strong, creative teams. His leadership combines technical expertise with genuine enthusiasm for exceptional hospitality.
