Originally from North Wales, I have spent many years’ competing as part of the Welsh National Culinary Team which has taken me to the Culinary Olympics in Germany winning a silver medal. As part of this team I have also been able to cook for The Royal family at the Welsh Assembly.
Other accolades I have achieved in my career thus far include winning the British Escoffier challenge which took me to represent Britain in the international Escoffier challenge; resulting in me being the first British chef to ever win. I was also a finalist and runner up of the 30th roux scholarship which was televised for 2 weeks on the watch channel. also recently winning the Welsh national chef of the year 2026.
I pride myself on my dedication to food and relish new challenges. My achievements to date illustrate my passion for creating and developing exceptional food.
