We are Trystan and Non. We have lived and worked on a Council Farm in Sarn, Powys since August 2021. We keep sheep, pigs and Dexter cows on our farm. This is to produce our own high quality Welsh lamb, mutton, beef, pork, burgers, sausages and bacon. We established the butchery business as a diversification project in September 2024 with a view of producing high quality, Welsh meat straight to the consumer. Trystan prepares all our meat in a purpose-built unit on the farm. All our meat is non-religiously slaughtered. We have a Food Hygiene Rating Score of 5.
