Hi, I am Tony Griffiths from the Crown Inn, Lixwm

I’ve been here 10 years now, and am proud to produce simple food cooked well, using a wide range of local produce including meat, fish, pate, ice cream, vegetables and oils.

After leaving Mold Alun in ’86, I went straight to Kelsterton College and after gaining my qualifications, I spent time in Hotel Catering and taught at Coleg Cambria.  I then ventured out and gave myself the challenge of running a pub restaurant.  I haven’t looked back!

The Crown Inn is a 17th century inn, located in the heart of the village and boasts a large open fire for those cosy evenings.  There is ample seating for food, with a large restaurant and two bars.  Nestled in a pleasant village atmosphere, you won’t be disappointed!
