Set within the iconic red brick building in the heart of Penyffordd, The Millstone offers a seasonally changing menu focused on modern British cuisine, crafted with the finest local produce.
Owner and Head Chef Mark Jones brings over 40 years of culinary expertise to the kitchen, having worked in several prestigious 3 AA Rosette establishments. His passion for quality and creativity shines through in every dish, and today, he’ll be joined by his son, Zak Ames, as they share a taste of their culinary expertise first-hand.
