pHure Liquors takes an environmentally friendly approach to the production of our products. We have installed solar panels to generate the electricity to run our still and the heat generated in cooling the distillate is used for warming the distillery. All of our ingredients are sourced from sustainable sources and spent botanicals composted after use. We make a wide range of gins, rums and vodkas which will be available to taste/buy at the festival.
