I handmake infused spirits using locally foraged ingredients.
My unique range includes Sloe Brandy, Sloe Port ( made using the residue sloes from my Brandy infusion), Sloe Gin , Elderflower Gin, Fennel Vodka and Bramble Whisky Liqueur.
I will also have Boozy Bramble Fruit in jars. These are the ‘ leftovers’ from my Bramble Whisky process.
I have been nominated as a Finalist in the Cheshire Life 2023 Food and Drink Awards.
